New Student Referral Incentive Program
The New Student Referral Incentive Program gives any Heritage Christian School family a $200 tuition credit for each new student that is referred to, enrolls in, and attends Heritage Christian School. This referral program is for parents, grandparents, or guardians who are, at the time of the tuition credit distribution: a) paying tuition for enrolled students in K-12 or b) are paying full-time childcare for children attending Heritage Christian School Preschool.
This incentive award is available whether the referred new family enrolls at the beginning of the year or during the school year. When you refer a new family, simply fill out the form and turn it into the school office so that it is on file when the family enrolls. Failure to tum in a completed Referral Incentive Program form will make the referring family ineligible for the reward. Incentive award consideration does not apply to the referral of returning Heritage Christian School students.
K-6 SUMMER ENRICHMENT
Summer Enrichment is designed by each teacher to provide recommendations for books to read, activities that are fun, and tools you can use to help your children to continue to learn during the summer.
Have fun with your children as they prepare for the fall school year!
Please use the Attendance link above when your child is going to be absent from school for any reason. Keep us informed each day as long as the child is absent. If you have pre-ordered lunch, include that information so we can get the lunch order changed as soon as possible. When you email us by 8:30 AM that day about lunch, you will receive a credit that you can apply to a future lunch order.
Plan ahead if you are going to take your child out of school for any reason. Fill out the Request for Excused Absence below and submit to the school office as soon as you make your plans. Contact your child’s teacher ahead of time to get study materials for what will be missed during the absence.

Please select the proper lunch menu for your child, download and print, circle your choices, and return to the School Office with cash or check. For credit when your child is absent on a day that you have pre-ordered lunch, send an email by 8:30 AM that day to:
If you have credits from a previous lunch order, please note on the selection you wish to credit to your current order and your account will be confirmed.
60Access All parents who have email addresses on file with the school have been sent their username and password either at the beginning of the school year or when they enrolled their child(ren) during the year. Upper classmen may also have their own username and password which allows them access to their class pages, grades, and assignments.
(Please note that these usernames and passwords will roll over into the new year if you are continuing with the school.)
If you have forgotten your username or password, once you click on the Gradelink Portal button below, please click the “Forgot Password” link. You will need to use the email address that the school has on file. If you are still unable to access the portal, please see our Gradelink Help page or contact the school.
Uniforms: All HCS students are required to wear approved school uniforms, which can be purchased at Bella Embroider & Print. HCS uniform requirements for each grade level can be viewed at the store or online.

Return Policy: Unworn garments may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Unworn garments over 90 days from purchase date can be returned for Exchange only. No refunds or exchanges for washed, worn, altered, personalized or special garments.
