2023-2024 School Year Master Calendar
The HCS School Year Master Calendar is maintained as an overview of the entire school year. Changes to the school calendar will be made as needed so please note the revision date of this calendar to verify that you have the latest version. Should you have questions, please call the school office and we are happy to help.
“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven. For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them.
Matthew 18:19-20

School Uniforms
We are proud to announce that we will be now using Game Collective Apparel for our uniforms moving forward. Aaron Williams (owner of Game Collective Apparel) is a father of students that attend HCS.
All uniforms will be ordered online and shipped directly to you.
Supply Lists & ENRICHMENT
The following are supplies your students are expected to bring to class on the first day of school for the 2023-2024 school year. These lists are broken down by grade level. Please note that HCS will be providing the Emergency Preparedness Kits and you will not need to secure a kit for your student(s). In addition, there is a link to enrichment that you can reference if your student is academically motivated or needs to maintain their skills during the summer months. These activities include a variety of subjects and are grade level specific.
Parent/Student Handbooks
The HCS Parent/Student Handbooks provide information to both students and parents regarding all HCS rules, policies, regulations, and expectations. Acknowledgement of the Handbooks is required upon enrollment through Gradelink. These Handbooks may be amended at any time without notice. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the parents and students to reference and read the contents and know that they are required to abide by the stipulations within. To that end, links have been provided below so that the Handbooks may be available for your continued review. Should you need to seek out clarification regarding the content of these Handbooks, please reach out to the Principal.

Service Hours

“For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Ephesians 2:10

Junior High students will complete 10 hours of community service by May 1st of the year of graduation from 8th grade and High School students will complete 60 hours of community service by the time they graduate from 12th grade.

Beyond HCS
As your student prepares to walk across the stage and into life, loving and serving the Lord, we want to explore everything that God might have in store. With that in mind, we want to equip your student with the tools they need to be successful should college be their next step. To that end, we hope you find the information below helpful. And remember, have faith, He knows the plans (Jeremiah 29:11).
