Athletics Information

Heritage Christian School believes that Athletics can be a very productive part of a child’s educational process. Athletics provides a tremendous opportunity for developing life skills such as commitment, hard work, team play, leadership and most importantly a strong Christian witness.

Heritage Christian School offers Team Athletics in grades 4 – 8. The HCS Patriots compete in the very competitive TriWay League (founded by our Principal in 1985). Student enrollment determines what sports are offered for High School students. Special Team and Individual awards are presented at the conclusion of each season at an all school assembly.

TriWay League – The League consists of the DSL (Developmental Sports League) for 4th – 6th graders and the TriWay League (which consists of Jr. High School athletes) The League offers championship competition at the Jr. High level, while the best league record at the DSL determines the League Champion. The top 8 teams in the TriWay League make playoffs, winners move on to the Semi-Finals and Finals. Finals are usually played in front of High School size crowds for each sport! League trophies are given to regular season Champion and Overall Champion. League All-Stars are selected to represent HCS at the League All-Star Game.

HCS offers both boys and girls teams for grades 4th – 6th and for 7th & 8th grades.
